Remove old Snap packages

Overview

About this script

This script improves your privacy on Linux.

These changes use Linux system commands to update your settings.

This script removes all disabled Snap packages.

Old and unused snaps get "disabled" by Snap. This is due to the snapd that keeps multiple revisions of the same package 1. Disabled state means that the binaries and services of the snap will no longer be available 2. But all the data is still available, and the snap can easily be enabled again 2.

This script uses Bash (Shell script) scripting language.

Safe for General Use

This script is recommended for all users. It helps to improve privacy without affecting stability.
