Overview
This script disables the update
ping sent from Firefox Desktop.
This ping is sent when a browser update is ready to be applied and also after the update has been successfully applied 1.
This script sets the toolkit.telemetry.updatePing.enabled
preference to disabled,
which turns off the "update" ping associated with browser updates 2.
