Overview​

This script prevents Microsoft Edge (Legacy) from sending additional telemetry data from the Books tab.

By default, Edge collects basic telemetry data based on your device settings 1. This script ensures that only this basic telemetry is collected, and no extra data is transmitted when accessing the Books feature.

This script configures the EnableExtendedBooksTelemetry Edge policy 1. This script only applies to Edge (Legacy) and does not impact newer versions of Edge.
