Overview​

To control whether the Widgets button is visible on the taskbar, Microsoft introduced TaskbarDa registry value 1. Possible DWORD 32-bit settings for the TaskbarDa value are 1 2:

  1. 0 = Hidden
  2. 1 = Visible

This registry key does not exist in Windows 11 installations by default.
